A psychotherapeutic approach based on action methods using role, symbolisation and enactment. We follow the principle “Show me, don’t tell me!” as we explore your ways of being or “roles” in different contexts on the psychodramatic stage. Your role repertoire then expands in the safe environment of a confidential group.
A safe, supportive and confidential space where life difficulties are explored such as life changes, loss and bereavement, need for more creativity and spontaneity in your life, relationships, trauma, self-esteem, abuse, anxiety, addiction, depression, communication issues.
Entry to the group follows an assessment process which is conducted one-to-one. Assessment session/s cost £60 per 60 minute session.
Group members commit to stay in the group for a minimum of three months and are welcome to continue as long as the experience feels supportive.
Fee per week: £40 per group
Facilitated by Virginie Boury, a dramatherapist (HCPC reg., BADth member) and a psychodrama psychotherapist senior trainee (UKCP reg.) at The London Centre for Psychodrama.
